UFGD Joins Groundbreaking Ceremony for Masjid Al Aqsa Rajeg in Indonesia

The United Foundation for Global Development (UFGD) was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for Masjid Al Aqsa Rajeg, a new mosque being built in the Rajeg district of Tangerang, Indonesia.

The ceremony marked the beginning of a project envisioned not only as a new house of worship, but as a lasting center for faith, Qur’anic education, dawah, and community life.

Representing UFGD at the ceremony were Mr. Barhum and Mr. Raed, who joined local community leaders, residents, members of the mosque construction committee, and representatives of local government and security agencies for this important occasion.

The decision to name the new mosque Masjid Al Aqsa carries special significance.
